~ KUNDALINI YOGA ~
Been wondering what all the BUZZ is about with Kundalini Yoga? We have a variety of wonderful instructors, who each in their beautiful unique way, will guide you with gentle, precise instruction, creating a comfortable and powerful experience of "the Yoga of Awareness" as taught by Yogi Bhajan, PHD Master of Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga has been known to create happiness and long lasting transformation. Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current, breath and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. Kundalini Yoga brings a greater feeling of well-being. Suitable for all ages and levels of physical ability. Physical Exercise, Music & Mantra, Meditation and the Gong are always included in each class session.

 ~ AWAKEN TO YOGA ~
An alignment based Vinyasa flow sequence designed to give the beginning yogi a feeling of confidence and the experienced yogi room to explore their edge. Awaken To Yoga is a breath-centered meditative sequence to inspire the individual, honor the yoga tradition, and explore the principles of proper body alignment. Join us for an outdoor class (weather permitting) on the lawn behind us. 
A GREAT WAY TO START YOUR DAY!

~ CANDLELIGHT RESTORE, RELAX & RENEW ~ 
Come relax, unwind, and bring calm and ease to your body, and mind.

This slow paced and gentle class uses props to help support relax and open postures, allowing you to completely let go and rest. Sinking into the ambiance of candlelight, aromatherapy, and an occasional vibration of a singing bowl, tuning fork or chime. This restorative class  will leave you feeling centered and peaceful.

All levels of experience welcomed!

This class targets the connective tissues and areas in your body where your stresses tend to accumulate. It’s a chance to unravel the knots that our experiences tie inside our bodies (physically and emotionally.) Light but deep floor postures/stretches are held for several minutes, giving them the time needed to access ligaments, tendons, and fascia to help heal and restore your body. This class is all about stretching, meditating, breathing, connecting, and healing yourself.

~ RESTORATIVE YIN ~

We rotate throughout the month.
First week of the month; Guided Chakra balancing Meditation SoundBath ~ Joni
Second week; Shamanic Breath Meditation ~ Leann
Third week; Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation ~ Diana
Fourth week; Vibration Meditation, guided meditation SoundBath ~ Z The Handpan Man & Joni.

~ GUIDED CHAKRA BALANCE & SOUND BATH ~

Meditation Monday is every Monday 7:30pm, and rotates throughout the month. 

The first Monday of the month is guided chakra meditation sound bath. You will be guided through each chakra, to open, clear and balance. Connecting you more to source, while staying grounded to earth. Raising your vibration, and connecting you more to your higher self and guidance. Includes crystal chakra singing bowls, bells, Tibetan singing bowls and gong bath.


~ SHAMANIC BREATH MEDITATION ~ 

On our Meditation Monday 7:30pm, second Monday of each month. 

Induce Altered States of Consciousness Through Your Breath.
From the ancient mystics to modern basics, breath/Qi/Chi/Prana - all names for the primordial energy which permeates all things and collects in higher amounts in sentient beings. By becoming consciously aware of the breath and deepening it, we are able to greatly expand states of consciousness. This shamanic breathing is sometimes called holotropic breath work, or the rebirthing breath. The effects can be revolutionary to your personal growth journey.


~ VIBRATION MEDITATION ~

On our Meditation Monday 7:30pm, the last Monday of each month. A guided meditation, often beginning with movement, and shaking off what no longer serves us to the vibration of the drum, making space to bring in higher energies, healing, and Divine light. Feeling the sound vibrations, energies surrounding you, and allowing the imagination to soar in this AMAZING sound bath of drums, handpan, bells, and rainstick. 

Lets raise our vibration!! 


~ POWER YOGA ~
Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Teachers design their own sequences, while students synchronize their breath with their movement. The original Power Yoga was developed and founded by Beryl Bender Birch, but is now a term used to describe many vigorous vinyasa styles.

~ ENERGY MEDICINE YOGA & MEDITATION~
Life force flows through the physical body through pathways called chakras, meridians and nadis. Energy Medicine Yoga combines tapping into this life force energy and infusing it with yoga and meditation. These effective techniques of energy medicine assist in balancing chakras, meridians, and nadis, thus amplifying the benefits of your practice. Energy Medicine Yoga will help you create profound shifts in your physical and emotional well-being through the subtle body. 


~ SOULFLOW ~

Tune into the deeper meaning of self and your practice in this soulful class. Flow between poses to cultivate physical and emotional openings. The gentle vinyasa portion of this SoulFLow class, students will connect to their bodies through movement and breath, focusing on listening to the body and giving it what it needs.
This class is a mix of steady Vinyasa Flow Yoga to strengthen and engage the body and mind, mixed with mindful alignment and the occasional Yin or restorative posture to drop you into a deeper place of stillness. You can expect to be challenged, but always with a dose of laughter, and beautiful music.

This class is for all levels and will include movement synched with the breath, as well as opportunities for stillness and reflection.


~ GRATEFUL YOGA ~

Every Saturday 9:15am... To show our gratitude and SHARE what we offer here... Grateful Yoga is for our students to bring someone along for FREE!! This class is taught on a teacher rotation. Teachers are encouraged to teach what they are passionate about. This is a great class to experience the different teachers, and what they offer! All levels welcome!!
